Shipping Time and Costs

At The James, we prioritize processing your order promptly and with care. Your satisfaction and product safety matter to us.

We partner with DHL and their international affiliates for reliable shipping. Please note, as a new boutique, we may not match the scale of larger online stores, but we value offering our unique products.

For in-stock items, we aim to ship 2 times a week. We will bring all our packages to the forwarder at Tuesdays and Fridays. 'Made to Order' items are produced upon request and may require more time to ship. Once ordered, we'll coordinate with the supplier and update you on the shipping timeline via Myparcel.

Shipping rates are based on location and products. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be outlined during checkout.

All shipping rates are based on your location and based on the parcels weight. This will be calculated during check out.

PLEASE NOTE:

For orders delivered to an address outside the European Union, delivery may take longer due to handling time at customs. In addition, customs duties may need to be paid when receiving the package. THE JAMES is not responsible for these costs.

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information via Myparcel with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. To protect your parcel, THE JAMES insures all packages against unforeseen damages and/or theft that may occur during the shipment process.
