Returns
You can return your item(s) if it does not match your expectations or preferences. This is possible within 14 days after receiving the order. Please sent the order by track and trace with insurance, to be sure that you package will arrive back in our shop in good conditions. This is your own responsibility.
Returning an article is only possible when the article:
- is in an undamaged state
- is not used
- includes the original and undamaged packaging
THE JAMES reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet these requirements.
Please follow the below steps to return your item(s):
Return parcels will be handled by MyParcel. Please follow the instruction on the link which is sent in the confirmation email via MyParcel. Shipment label can we printed and paid via MyParcel portal. Check all details via this portal.
Add the Package slip on the box and add the items you would like to return to your return package and make sure it’s sealed properly.

Please keep in mind the following:
- You can return an item within 14 days after receipt.
- The shipment costs of a return are your own responsibility.
After the return arrives at our office and is checked, you’ll receive your refund via the same payment method that you chose to complete the order. You will receive a notification of this per email. Refunds will be transferred back to you within 14 days after we check the returned item(s).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order for the items that you want. Only in this way can we guarantee availability of your desired items. You can find more information on how to return an order under the section ‘Returns’.
